Punch Lists

The Punch List module is used to identify and track any open punch list items or remaining work that has not been completed for the project.

  1. Click Punch Lists. This link usually appears in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen on the project homepage, under the Field header.

    Note:

    Punch Lists can be reviewed with several preset views. For more detail on views, please see Creating a New View.

  2. Click New at the top of the page to create a new Punch List, then complete the following sections.

    Note:

    - Any field with an asterisk (*) is a required field and must be entered.
    - For more information on the Ball-In-Court and Cc fields, see Ball-in-Court and Cc Notifications 

  3. Enter General Information.
  4. Enter Line Items by clicking New entry and completing the window that appears.

    Note:

    For Photo Link, click Add to use a photo that has already been uploaded to this project, or click Drop here or click to select to upload a new photo from your device. Only select 1 photo per line item.

  5. Enter Discussion items. Each discussion entry will note the user's name and timestamp.
  6. Use the Review section to track the review status of the Punch List.
  7. Add or view relevant Attachments. For more details on attachments, see Attaching Files in VPO.
