The Punch List module is used to identify and track any open punch list items or remaining work that has not been completed for the project.
- Click Punch Lists. This link usually appears in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen on the project homepage, under the Field header.
Note:
Punch Lists can be reviewed with several preset views. For more detail on views, please see Creating a New View.
Click New at the top of the page to create a new Punch List, then complete the following sections.
Note:
- Any field with an asterisk (*) is a required field and must be entered.
- For more information on the Ball-In-Court and Cc fields, see Ball-in-Court and Cc Notifications- Enter General Information.
- Enter Line Items by clicking New entry and completing the window that appears.
Note:
For Photo Link, click Add to use a photo that has already been uploaded to this project, or click Drop here or click to select to upload a new photo from your device. Only select 1 photo per line item.
- Enter Discussion items. Each discussion entry will note the user's name and timestamp.
- Use the Review section to track the review status of the Punch List.
- Add or view relevant Attachments. For more details on attachments, see Attaching Files in VPO.
