Daily Reports

The Daily Reports module is used to track the actions and resources on the job site each day, including Workforce, Equipment, Visitors, and Photos.

  1. Click Daily Reports. This link usually appears in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen on the project homepage, under the Field header.
  2. Click New at the top of the page to create a new Daily Report, then complete the following sections.

    Notes:

    - To copy Workforce and Equipment line items from an earlier Daily Report, select a date in the Copy from Previous Report field.
    - Any field with an asterisk (*) is a required field and must be entered.

  3. Enter Workforce data.

    IMPORTANT:

    You must click the icon to the right of the Comments column to save new each line item. This also applies to the Equipment and Visitor sections as shown below.

  4. Enter Equipment data.
  5. Enter any jobsite Visitors.
  6. Include Photos by clicking New Entry and completing the window that appears.

    Note:

    For Photo Link, click Add to use a photo that has already been uploaded to this project, or click Drop here or click to select to upload a new photo from your device. Only select 1 photo per line item.

  7. Add or view relevant Attachments. For more details on attachments, see Attaching Files in VPO.
  8. When complete, click Save and Close at the bottom of the page.
