Follow these steps to sign in and get started in VPO.
- When you are invited to a project or to bid in VPO, you will receive an invitation email. Click Accept Invitation, Bidder Portal Link, or the link to the project. Note that your invitation may look a little different from the examples below.
- Type in your company email address and password. These should be the same credentials as you usually use to login to this account at work. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to continue to sign in. If you are asked to select whether you're logging in as a "Work or school" or "Personal" account, select Work or school account.
- To verify your identity, you may be asked to send a code, text, or notification to your email address, phone number, or Authenticator app. If you do not receive these prompts, continue to the next step.
- You may be asked for permission to display your profile (name and email) and to record your activity in VPO. Click Accept. If you do not receive this message, continue to the next step.
- For extra security, you may be asked to set up multifactor authentication to access VPO. Click Next if you'd like to setup the Authenticator app on your phone, or select I want to use a different method. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you do not see this message, continue to the next step.
- Welcome to VPO! You are now logged in. We recommend bookmarking the project or bidding portal site for easy access.
