Group Security is used to define security for a company within a project.

Use the links to quickly jump to the steps in the article below.
- Select Group Security from the menu on the left.
- Click on + New.
- Enter the following:
▪ Company: Select the appropriate Company from the drop-down.
▪ Project Access: Select Yes to give all contacts in this company access to the project.
▪ Project Security: Select the appropriate security for the company from the drop-down. - Click Save and Close.
Note:
Once you click Save and Close an email will be sent to VPO support to put all contacts in the same company into the same project security group. (And invite all contacts to the project if they haven't already been invited)
