Files and other items hosted in VPO can be easily shared.
- Click the 'Share' icon which displays when you hover over any item.
You will usually see a message stating that you don’t have permission to invite people to the item (this is a security default in most VPO sites). However, you can click Copy link to copy a link for the item to your clipboard. You can then send that link to the people you'd like to share with.
Anyone who has permission to access to the item will be able to open it with this link. For questions about security or permissions adjustments, please contact the Project Manager.
