Use the Meeting Minutes library to review, create, and edit Meeting Minutes documents.
For more details on how to use document libraries in VPO, see Document Libraries.
- Click Meeting Minutes. This link usually appears in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen on the project homepage, under Project Information.
- To create new Meeting Minutes from the template, click New and then select Meeting Minutes.
Note:
Templates are setup with assistance from your VPO Solution Consultant.
- You can edit the Meeting Minutes in Word Online, or to use the desktop version with full Word capabilities, select Open in Desktop from the Editing menu.
- To rename the Meeting Minutes with the appropriate date, click File, then select Rename.
- Edit the document as needed. Your edits will be automatically saved in the VPO Cloud.
