Meeting Minutes

Use the Meeting Minutes library to review, create, and edit Meeting Minutes documents.

For more details on how to use document libraries in VPO, see Document Libraries.

  1. Click Meeting Minutes. This link usually appears in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen on the project homepage, under Project Information.
  2. To create new Meeting Minutes from the template, click New and then select Meeting Minutes.

    Note:

    Templates are setup with assistance from your VPO Solution Consultant.

  3. You can edit the Meeting Minutes in Word Online, or to use the desktop version with full Word capabilities, select Open in Desktop from the Editing menu.

  4. To rename the Meeting Minutes with the appropriate date, click File, then select Rename.
  5. Edit the document as needed. Your edits will be automatically saved in the VPO Cloud.
