YOU MUST HAVE A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT FIRST
If you do not have one, get started creating one from our Welcome to VPO Bidding article before continuing.
- If you click ACCEPT, you will be taken to a webpage, receiving the following message as confirmation.
- Launch your VPO Bidding profile, in one of two ways:
a. Click on your profile image at the upper right corner and selecting the profile you created for VPO.
or
b. Open it from the desktop icon (only works if you chose to create a desktop shortcut).HOW TO SETUP A USER PROFILE

- Paste the link in your new VPO Bidding browser window and press Enter.
- Follow the prompts to log into Microsoft O365.
Tip:
Choose Yes to stay signed in.
- You will be taken directly into the bid document library.
- To download a document, select the circle to the left of the document name. Then click Download from the menu bar.
- To download multiple documents at once, select the circle to the left of the the column header 'Name'. Then click Download from the menu bar.
- If you have not done so, please indicate your intent to bid by responding to the original email. You will NOT be able to proceed to the next step unless you have clicked ACCEPT (see Steps 2 and 3).
- If you have accepted the bid opportunity, you will receive an email with a secure link that is unique to your company.
- Paste the link in your new VPO Bidding browser window and press Enter.
- You will be taken directly to your company's secure bid document library.
Tip:
Bookmark the site so you can return to it later.
- Click Upload from the menu bar. Then click Files .
- Navigate to the location of the file(s) that you would like to upload for your bid. Select the file(s) and then click Open.
- Repeat steps 16-18 until all necessary documents are included in your folder. When you see your documents listed in your folder, your bid has been submitted.
FOLDER WILL LOCK AT BID DEADLINE
After the bid deadline, the folder will lock. You will be able to view the documents in the folder, but no longer edit them.
