Why haven't I received my invitation?

If you or someone you added to the project directory are expecting an invitation from VPO and haven't received it yet, it may be due to a spam filter. Check your junk mail folder. If you still don't see it, please submit a ticket at support@vpo.freshdesk.com and we can begin troubleshooting.


Do not use someone else's invitation! Invites are unique to the email address associated with the invite and will not work.
